She's Invested Limited (NZBN 9429048144346) collects and looks after your personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This statement explains what we collect when you join our waitlist, and why.

What we collect

Your first name and email address.

Why we collect it

To add you to our waitlist and to contact you about the launch of She's Invested — including letting you know when spaces open. We won't use it for anything else, and we won't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who holds it

Your details are held securely by She's Invested Limited. Our waitlist is stored using Supabase on secure servers located in Sydney, Australia. Because this is outside New Zealand, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected to New Zealand standards, in line with the Privacy Act 2020.

Your choice

Giving us your details is voluntary — but we'll need them to add you to the waitlist.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed, at any time. Just email us at privacy@shesinvested.co.nz.

How long we keep it

Until we launch and you choose to become a client, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.
